Milk Chocolate Mocha Cafe Essentials Naturals by Dr Smoothie is “Reminiscent of a rich chocolate milk, but better.  Use by self  to make a tasty milk chocolate mocha or as a base to add additional chocolate, espresso/coffee. It is convenient & easy to use and it may be served as a hot beverage or as a frozen blended (frappe) beverage. 

Package directions: 
Frozen Blended (16 oz drink): Add 6-1/2 oz water, 1-1/3 scoops (6 tbls) of Milk chocolate Mocha & a 14 oz cup of ice. Blend until smooth.   Hot Beverage (12 oz drink ): Add 1 scoop Milk Chocolate Mocha & add 10 oz. hot water OR Add 3 tbls Milk Chocolate Mocha & add 10 oz hot milk. Stir well.
