This is Ghirardelli's newer Chocolate Flavored Sauce (formerly called Barista Chocolate) that is advertised as an "improved chocolate sauce that makes the best tasting mocha. It's been specifically designed to make a richer mocha with a creamier taste and texture than our Sweet Ground Chocolate Sauce". It has the flavor profile of a milk chocolate. This is a chocolate sauce used to make mochas with and does not contain coffee and/or espresso.
