3/4 oz. Monin Vanilla Syrup
3/4 oz. Monin Blackberry Syrup
2 1/2 oz. Espresso
3 1/2 oz. Half and Half
Ice
Fill glass with ice. Add Monin Syrup(s) and milk. Shake or stir to mix. Top with freshly made espresso. Garnish.
Mountain Melon Tea
¼ oz. Monin Blackberry Syrup
¼ oz. Monin Watermelon Syrup
8 oz. Fresh Brewed Tea
Ice
Mix well and serve over ice. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
BlackBerry Mocha
1 oz. Dark Chocolate Sauce
¾ oz. Monin Blackberry Syrup
2 shot espresso
Steam Milk, 2%
Place sauce and syrup into a cup. Fill cup with steamed milk. Garnish with whipped cream and light chocolate shavings.
